Omg! My jumbo shrimp was soooo good. I havent been to shrimp express in years. You get plenty of shrimp in the pound. I like crackers with my shrimp. I didnt have any in the bag.

Very good perfectly cooked fresh shrimp. The batter is more like a corn meal batter but not com mealy. I prefer the XL shrimp. The jumbo shrimp were unusually jumbo. I will add that I developed that opinion years ago. However, recently I went with a friend, they ordered jumbo and the shrimp weren't as massive as I remember them.

I don't know WHAT the problem is with this place ? is it the staff ? or management ? but it is TOO MANY Red Flags about this place. No one answers the phone to place a order !, over cook the shrimp and fries, I will NEVER come back here. I NOW go to a FASTER and BETTER seafood place, than shrimp express !

In a word, disappointed. Girl at the counter not very friendly and get ready to wait, took almost 15 minutes to get my order. Went to the shrimp shack down the street but they were out of jumbo shrimp. So I thought I'd give this place a try. that was a mistake.Terrible. Ordered the jumbo shrimp dinner $13.15 later did not like it. Breading very thick and flavorless and ruff, almost cut my tongue. There's no place to sit so you have to eat it in your car if you want to eat it when it's hot. The fries were chewy, the coleslaw was like eating baby food. The only thing it had going for it was the mild sauce was actually pretty good. Other than that don't waste your time. Shrimp shack down the street is way better when they're not out of shrimp. It's a shame that the owner doesn't read his reviews and fix the problem.

Absolute garbage! I was recommended here and I highly recommend you not to eat here. I ordered a 1/2 LB of jumbo shrimp and they were COLD. Now everybody know cold fried seafood is horrible. However, the guy was generous about my refund and offered further services but I knew they knew it was cold when they gave it to me.
